A Rough Day For Me

What I wouldn’t give to have a rest at home now.

For the past two days, I’m feeling a bit blue. I’m sneezing incessantly. My throat is extremely itchy and I have a really bad coough. I have a massive headache. I crawled to work yesterday because I am scheduled to go to Myanmar Embassy. But, what do you know? The trip had to be postponed to today and again, crawl to work I must. Ugh!

I thought I’d go off later on the day yesterday, but things got pretty hectic at the office, what with the auditors bugging me every single minute. Pretty soon, it was end of the day already! Then, saw a note from my son’s teacher asking for certains things to be brought to school today, and we left the stuff at our home (25 km from FIL’s house), so got to drive back and pick up the stuff. Late night for us!

I am hoping that I’ll be able to go off today, after getting my errands at Myanmar Embassy done. Wish me luck! :)

    oh yikes.. dragging yourself to work is no fun :( having to drag yourself to work then out elsewhere - Myanmar Embassy no less! - would really suck. My sympathies, Lina! Hope all goes well, and that you feel better soon!

    can’t wait for the weekend, that’s all I can say. No rest tomorrow either as I need to attend a meeting in the morning and have a lunch event to oversee too!
    Hanging tough. LOL
